Filiz Parlak is the Purchasing Non-Food Group Manager at Happy Center. Filiz has held this position since November 2011. Prior to that, they were the Category Manager at Vatan Kozmetik from October 2008 to November 2011. Before that, they were the Assistant Manager at Maxi Marketing from April 2007 to October 2008.
