Joshua Singh

Joshua Singh serves as the VP of Business Development and General Counsel for multiple companies, including Happy Dad Hard Seltzer, Full Send, and Shots Podcast Network, since January 2023. Additionally, Joshua is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsel, formed in March 2023. Previously, Joshua was an Associate at Cooley LLP from August 2018 to January 2023, focusing on corporate governance, venture capital, M&A, and capital markets with a specialty in entertainment and technology sectors. Joshua founded and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, holding a J.D. from the institution. Joshua’s educational background includes a certificate in management from The Wharton School, a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and a high school diploma from Stanford Online High School.
