Madalina Nemethi has been working in the recruitment field since 2012, when they began their role as a Recruiter & HR Analyst at TjobsRecruit. In 2017, they co-founded Dora, the Recruitment Robot by Happy Recruiter, where they serve as a Co-founder and Recruiter. Her role at Happy Recruiter involves combining Artificial Intelligence technology with Online Marketing and leveraging their 10 years of experience in skilled workers recruitment to help recruiters find the right candidates in a simple and efficient way.

Madalina Nemethi attended Colegiul Economic "Transilvania" from 2007 to 2010 and then Universitatea “Petru Maior” din Târgu-Mureș from 2010 to 2013.
