Leah McMurtry

Director, Revenue Operations at HappyCo

Leah McMurtry has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Leah joined HappyCo in 2022, where they currently serve as the Director of Revenue Operations. Prior to this, they worked at LoopNet for a significant portion of their career, starting in 2002. At LoopNet, Leah held the role of Vice President of Operations from September 2014 to March 2022. During this time, they played a vital role in driving strategic and operational initiatives, transitioning legacy accounts and products, and supporting tighter integration within CoStar Group. Before that, Leah served as Vice President of Member Services at LoopNet from February 2002 to August 2014. In that role, they leveraged relationships with key brokerage clients, enhanced solutions, coordinated selling with other business units, and defined SalesForce. Overall, Leah McMurtry has a wealth of experience in operations, customer success, and revenue operations.

Leah McMurtry holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational & Technological Communication from UC Santa Barbara. Leah also obtained a Marketing Certificate from the University of California, Santa Barbara Extension.
