Matt Littlefair has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and roles. Matt started their career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at Leber/Rubes Inc., where they eventually became the Manager of Communications and Administration. During their tenure, they were responsible for corporate and internal communications, as well as overseeing the development of digital platforms for communication.
In 2012, Matt joined VentureWeb as the Agency Services Lead, where they managed and provided strategic direction to three creative services teams in North America, South Africa, and India. Matt also worked closely with team leads to foster creativity and scale. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Director - Digital, responsible for the growth and management of the VentureWeb Digital team across multiple geographies.
From 2018 to 2020, Matt worked at Kenna as an Account Director - Digital Products. In this role, they focused on digital product strategy, development, and implementation, with an emphasis on UX/UI. Matt also played a key role in data integration, CRM, and insight-driven tools. Additionally, they managed a team of three direct reports and was responsible for client account growth and retention.
Most recently, Matt joined Yuhu, which was later acquired by HappyCo. As a Product Manager, they contributed to the success of the company's products and services.
Matt Littlefair completed their education in a chronological order. From 2000 to 2004, they attended McMaster University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Communications. Then, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Canadian History at York University. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Publicity and Public Relations from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they have acquired a certification in Jira Essentials from Atlassian, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
