Nathan Belo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nathan started their career in 1984 at Uptown Cinemas, where they held various positions including cashier, bar manager, customer relations, barista, and baker until 1986. In 1986, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as a Check Specialist, where they stayed until 2000. In 1989, they worked as a Merchandising Specialist at Osborne and Ulland - Sporting Goods, specializing in the set-up of an annual ski sale. From 1992 to 1999, Nathan served as an Associate Broker at Quorum Real Estate, focusing on selling residential and commercial real estate and leasing properties. In 2000, they became an owner and 1/3 equity owner of Abbondanza Pizzeria, where they designed and built a full-service restaurant. Nathan later joined UW Foster CIE Business Plan Competition as a judge in 2010. Nathan then worked at Showdigs as a Showing Agent starting in 2020. In the same year, they also joined HappyCo (Happy Inspector) as a Happy Inspector. Nathan also worked as a liquor license consultant at Nathaniel Belo since 1999. Overall, their experience includes roles in hospitality, banking, real estate, and business consulting.
Nathan Belo attended Franklin High School from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Washington from 1986 to 1991. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication (Public Relations) and Asian American Studies.
