Leona Taylor

Leona Taylor has a diverse work experience in various companies. Leona started their career as a Sales Consultant at CarMax from January 2017 to August 2019, where they conducted lead discovery calls, served as an advocate for CarMax, and assisted customers in the sale process. Leona then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon from January 2019 to February 2021, handling a high volume of calls and contributing to a positive team environment. Leona joined Nordstrom in March 2021 as a Selling Specialist, achieving sales goals, building relationships with customers, and performing various department tasks. In 2022, they worked as a Tech Sales Student at Satellite, a Sales Development Representative at Podium, and is currently a Business Development Representative at HappyNest.

Leona Taylor received their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Race, Class & Culture and Multimedia Journalism, from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
