Arturo Aguilar González has an extensive work experience in higher education and business. Arturo began their career in 2002 as Program Coordinator at the International House of UC Berkeley. From 2005 to 2007, they held various positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, including Public Relations and Communication Coordinator for Mexico’s Central Region, Institutional Communication Director for Toluca Campus, and Institutional Communication and International Relations Director for Latin America. In 2008, they were appointed Director for Panama, Dominican Republic & CA and Head of Office in Panama, where they designed a strategy and reorganized the sales team to reach new markets. In 2017, they joined HappyOrNot Ltd. as Official Partner for LATAM Airports & Panama and ScaleUP Panamá as Executive Director. Since 2016, they have been Managing Director of Exponential LATAM.

Arturo Aguilar González obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2011 and 2013, specializing in Global Business. Arturo also earned a Master's degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2006 and 2008, focusing on Political Analysis and Media. During 2007, they attended a Seminar at the Harvard Kennedy School about IT& Innovation in Government, and in 2006, they attended a Seminar at Georgetown University about Mexico and the United States. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1999 and 2004, and also participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Public Policy Analysis, Peace and Conflict Studies and Political Campaign Management.
