Elina Pahta-Erma

Elina Pahta-Erma has been working in the finance and accounting industry since 2006. Elina began their career as a Frontliner at IKEA Espoo in 2006 and moved on to become an Accounting Assistant at Wellprint Oy in 2010. In 2013, they took on the role of Finance Assistant at Abbott and in 2014 became a Financial Specialist at Efecte Plc and a Part-time Accountant at Alpha Accounting and Consulting Oy. In 2018, they were appointed as Chief Financial Officer at HappyOrNot, and later as Interim CFO and Group Financial Controller, Team Lead.

Elina Pahta-Erma studied at Olarin lukio from 2001 to 2004, earning a Ylioppilas degree. Elina then attended Omnia from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Merkonomi degree in Taloushallinto. In 2012, they attended the University of Eastern Finland for Laskentatoimen perusteet, avoin yliopisto.
