Kirsti Laasio has held several positions in various companies since 2005. Kirsti began their career at Polar Electro Oy as Director of the Sports Product Category in 2005. Kirsti then moved up to become Director of Global Channel and Group Brand Management, as well as a member of the Executive Management Team in 2008. In 2014, they joined HappyOrNot as a Partner and CXO (Chief Customer Experience Officer), and in 2019 they became an Executive Advisor at XPERIENCE Management. In 2020, Laasio co-founded the B2B Asiakaskokemus community and published a book titled 'Success is based on Customer Experience - a Guide for B2B Leaders'. Kirsti also served as an Advisor to the Board at Integrata Oy and as a Board Member at Boardman Oy. Laasio was also a Founding Board Member and Ambassador at the European Customer Experience Organization (ECXO) and an Advisor at BetterMeno Health. Most recently, in 2022, they became the CEO of Omnigym.
Kirsti Laasio has a Dipl.KuWi in International Business and Economics from Universität Passau in Germany. Kirsti also has a degree from Management Akademie München in Germany. Additionally, they obtained a HHJ koulutus from HHJ - Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen in 2020.
