Luca Hermann has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with a role as a Technicien Réparation Informatique at Accès Informatique. In 2015, they completed a stage for their BAC Pro at Groupe AUCHAN, where they were a Technicien Réparation Informatique/Technicien Installateur Serveurs. In 2017, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at BENIBLA CLOTHING, where they created an application mobile type ecommerce and événementiel from scratch in React Native Firebase AWS. In 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer and in 2021, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Zenlaw, where they organized contracts into a searchable home. Currently, they are a Frontend Developer at HappyPal, where they help companies of all sizes set up a 100% digital and personalized rewards program.

Luca Hermann has a diverse education history. From 2014 to 2016, they attended La Briquerie and obtained a Bac Pro in Systeme Electronique Numerique (spé Electronique Industrielle Embarquée). In 2016, they began attending 42, where they earned a Junior degree in Computer Programming in 2020.
