Pranav Parth Tyagi

Pranav Parth Tyagi is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in AI-driven commerce solutions. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Haptik since September 2019, Pranav leads initiatives in AI-powered tools to enhance customer interactions and optimize inventory management for retail clients. Prior to this role, Pranav held positions as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, managing the development of chatbot solutions and voice-based shopping assistants for high-profile clients. Before joining Haptik, Pranav co-founded Buzzo.ai, an AI chatbot development platform acquired by Jio Haptik, and founded Sizzle Labs, focusing on in-store shopping enhancements. Pranav began a consulting career at EY, specializing in SAP solutions and IT transformation, after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
