Jon Hanner

Jon Hanner has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. Jon began their career in 1997 as an HR Manager for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. In 2003, they joined Armstrong World Industries as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, they became the HR Director for Day & Zimmermann, and in 2019 they took on the roles of Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources for Harbor Compliance.

Jon Hanner received their Bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University between 1984 and 1989. Jon then went on to earn their Master's degree in Management from Friends University between 1993 and 1995. In 2011, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Armstrong World Industries and is a Certified Facilitator for DISC from Thomas Group.
