Eric Williams

Eric Williams is the Vice President Human Resources at Harbor Freight Tools. At Harbor Freight, Eric is dedicated to being a people-first company that offers unbeatable value on tools. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Division Vice President of Retail Operations at the same company. Eric also has experience as a CEO coach, Mentor, and Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., as well as owning and successfully growing a UFC GYM franchise in Georgia. In their previous roles at RACETRAC PETROLEUM and Energy Dispatch LLC, Eric was responsible for achieving impressive results such as increasing employee retention, improving margins, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Eric holds a B.S. in Political Science from Georgia State University.
