Ernest Ferdman

Ernest Ferdman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data & Analytics at Harbor Freight Tools since December 2010, Ernest leads a team of 23 in creating enterprise data solutions that have significantly contributed to company growth. Prior roles include Manager of Data Warehouse at The Walt Disney Company, Project Manager for the County of Ventura, and Senior Client/Server Consultant at Disney Consumer Products. Ernest's career began with positions at Bankers Trust and Countrywide, where skills in client/server application development and IT project leadership were honed. Ernest holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
