Gillian Windell

Gillian Windell has extensive experience in process improvement and project management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Process Improvement at Harbor Freight Tools since January 2018, where previous roles include Director of Enterprise Process Improvement and Director Of Process Improvement, Product Development. Prior to this, Gillian was with Accenture from September 2016 to January 2018 as a Management Consulting Senior Analyst and Analyst. Internships at EY, Yum! Brands, and other organizations in public affairs and tax advisory roles contributed to a well-rounded professional background. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned in 2016.
