Jon Kawa

Jon Kawa is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in health tech and software engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Harbor Health since June 2022, Kawa previously held the same position and co-founded Ravara from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at OODA Health and Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Healthvana. Kawa's career began with significant contributions at Analyte Health, where a HIPAA-compliant software platform was architected and developed to manage online medical clinics. Additional experience includes founding Design Less Better, leading software engineering at TyMetrix, co-founding Bluescreendemocracy.org, and working at TD Ameritrade as a User Experience Architect.
