The Healthcare Services Team at Harbor House of Louisville is dedicated to providing comprehensive health support and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. This team, comprised of certified life skills coaches (CLS) and licensed practical nurses (LPN), works collaboratively to design and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that clients receive the medical attention and resources necessary for their well-being.
