Sara Humphreys

Sara Humphreys has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara most recently worked as the Regional Director of Operations at Harbor Retirement Associates, overseeing 12 communities in 7 states. Prior to that, they were an Executive Director at Senior Lifestyle, responsible for managing a 288-unit facility. Sara also held positions at Atria Senior Living as an Assistant Executive Director and at Sprain Brook Manor Rehab and Adira at Riverside as the Director of Communications. Sara has experience in marketing and community relations, having worked as a Marketing and Community Relations Manager at Sprain Brook Manor Rehab and as a Senior Marketing Consultant at SoundWaters and Value Drugs. Additionally, they have a background in writing, having published twenty books as a Writer at Sourcebooks. Earlier in their career, they worked at Taney Speaker Training as a Senior Instructor, delivering presentations on key business topics. Sara also held positions at The College of Westchester as the Director of Community Relations and as a Field Recruiter.

Sara Humphreys completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Marist College between 1988 and 1992.
