James Brownlee

James Brownlee is the Founder of Harbour, a Web 3 native banking app in development since June 2022. Previously, James served as Chief Legal and Operating Officer at Level from March 2020 to August 2022, and worked at Lloyds Banking Group in Trade and Receivables Finance from April 2018 to March 2020. James also held the position of Senior Associate at Osborne Clarke between May 2016 and April 2018, and served as Legal Counsel for Barclays from April 2013 to April 2017, specializing in trade and receivables finance. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The University of Manchester, earned between 2003 and 2006.
