Doris Hall has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles within human resources and people management. Doris is currently the Vice President of People, Culture & Safety at Harbour Air Seaplanes, where they oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and policies. Previously, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Olds College and the Vice President of People, Culture & Learning at the Alberta Energy Regulator, where they developed people strategies to support business goals and oversaw multiple HR functions. Doris also worked as an Executive Consultant/Founder at Crucial Alignments, Inc., where they helped clients align business and people strategies. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at Cenovus Energy, Inter Pipeline, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Doris began their career at Manitoba Health Organization as a Manager of Employee Benefits & Pension. Throughout their career, Doris has honed their skills in areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation planning, policy development, and workforce engagement and retention strategies. Doris holds multiple certifications, including CEBS, SPHR, MBA, and PCC.

Doris Hall, CEBS, SPHR, MBA, PCC has a diverse educational background. Doris obtained a Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Stanford University in 2015-2017. In 2014, they received a Master's Level Certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Prior to that, they completed a Masters Business Administration with a focus on Executive MBA (International Studies) from Royal Roads University in 2011-2013. In 2011, they also earned a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Earlier in their education, they pursued General Studies at the University of Calgary from 1997-2000 and completed a Bachelor of Arts in 1995-1997 from the University of Manitoba. Moreover, Doris holds certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from Dalhousie University (1992-1995), Human Resource Certificate from the University of Manitoba (1989-1992), and a Business Administration degree from Red River College Polytechnic (1983-1989).
