Doris Hall has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles within human resources and people management. Doris is currently the Vice President of People, Culture & Safety at Harbour Air Seaplanes, where they oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and policies. Previously, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Olds College and the Vice President of People, Culture & Learning at the Alberta Energy Regulator, where they developed people strategies to support business goals and oversaw multiple HR functions. Doris also worked as an Executive Consultant/Founder at Crucial Alignments, Inc., where they helped clients align business and people strategies. Doris obtained a Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Stanford University in 2015-2017. In 2014, they received a Master's Level Certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Prior to that, they completed a Masters Business Administration with a focus on Executive MBA (International Studies) from Royal Roads University in 2011-2013. In 2011, they also earned a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
