Ron Lareau

Ron Lareau is a seasoned finance and business process professional with extensive experience in business strategy and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Engineer at HarbourVest Partners and previously holding multiple roles at State Street, including Assistant Vice President and Vice President in Business Strategy Consulting, Ron has successfully led medium to large-scale process modeling efforts and transformation projects within the Alternative Investment Solutions framework. With a comprehensive background in portfolio accounting and client operations at State Street and Putnam Investments, alongside early leadership roles in youth program management, Ron combines strong analytical skills with expertise in process redesign and stakeholder collaboration. Educationally, Ron holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
