Phyllis Mageau

Phyllis Mageau is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Principal Broker at Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate since March 2017. With a strong background in residential property transactions, Phyllis previously held positions as Principal Broker at Windermere Central Oregon Real Estate and RE/MAX Key Properties, among others. Active in community service, Phyllis has been involved with Relay For Life of Bend in various leadership roles since 2007, including Sponsorship Co-Chair. Phyllis also contributed to the Women's Council of Realtors® in positions such as Secretary and Oregon State Governor, advocating for women in the real estate industry. Phyllis holds a solid educational foundation in real estate from Monterey Peninsula College and other institutions, complemented by a 1st Degree Black Belt from Casco's School of Tae KwonDo.
