Dylan Rehmer

Dylan Rehmer has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Starting in 2013, they interned at Push Button Productions and HW&W Recordings before becoming an Executive Associate at HW&W Recordings in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Artist Manager for Kaiydo, Josh December, and Marcellus Juvann, handling day-to-day operations, PR outreach, and securing media coverage. In 2016, they began working in artist development and consultation, working with artists such as Kailee Morgue, Charlie Burg, and Tobi Lou. During this time, they strategically used marketing tactics and secured press opportunities to enhance the visibility of the artists. In 2018, they joined Hard 8 Working Group as an Artist Manager, Publicist, and A&R. In this role, they scouted and onboarded new artists, co-managed established artists, and organized content and release timelines. Prior to their work at Hard 8 Working Group, they owned Filter PR, where they established and maintained relationships with journalists, developed customized rollout plans for clients, and achieved numerous #1 spots on Hype Machine's charts.

Dylan Rehmer began their education journey in 2010 by attending Full Sail University, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts. This program lasted for two years, and they successfully completed it in 2012. Afterward, they continued their education at the same institution and enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Music Business in 2012. This program lasted for one year, and they completed it in 2013.
