Barbara Wolfzorn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and accounting. Currently serving as the Accounts Payable Manager at Hard Rock International since October 2019, Barbara has previously held the position of Lead Baker at Cincinnati Catering from December 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing menus for pastry production, managing supply procurement, overseeing inventory, ensuring quality assurance, and implementing cost control measures. Barbara holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
