Monica Marcus

Monica Marcus has a diverse work experience in the legal industry before transitioning into roles focused on talent and human resources. Monica worked as an Attorney at various firms such as West, Green and Associates, P.L. and Schutz & White, L.L.P., where they managed complex litigation cases and handled all aspects of legal proceedings. Monica also worked as an Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of West Palm Beach, providing legal aid to those in need. Monica then moved into the field of recruitment, working as a Placement Director/Business Development Director at Special Counsel and later as a Recruitment Manager at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. In more recent years, Monica held positions as the Director of Human Resources for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services and Director of Global Talent at both Seminole Hard Rock Support Services and Hard Rock International.

Monica Marcus earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in 2004. Monica then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, completing it in 2007.
