Paulo Rodrigues

Paulo Rodrigues has a extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Hard Rock International. Paulo started as a General Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon in 2003, where they successfully implemented the company's strategy and achieved financial profitability. Paulo later became the Director of Operations for Hard Rock International in 2013, overseeing several units in Europe and coordinating the opening of new locations. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Area Vice President of Operations. Prior to their time at Hard Rock, Rodrigues worked as an Operations Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Rome and held the position of General Manager at ASK.

Paulo Rodrigues obtained a Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management from Westminister College, London, between 1995 and 1998.
