Julie Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julie began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at It's All About Me Fashion Boutique, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to It's All About Me as a Sales Manager, a role they held until 2016.

While pursuing their studies, Julie also worked as a Client Services Intern at MGM Resorts International in 2015. Julie later returned to MGM Resorts International in 2016 as a MAP Associate - Financial Shared Services Center, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Julie served as a Strategic Initiatives Project Management Specialist at MGM Resorts International.

In 2018, Julie was promoted to the role of Strategic Initiatives Associate, and they continued in this position until 2019. During this time, they were involved in customer and growth strategy and played a senior management role in commercial transformation.

From 2019 to 2021, Julie worked as a Commercial Transformation Senior Manager at MGM Resorts International, focusing on strategic initiatives. Their responsibilities included driving customer and growth strategies.

In 2021, Julie joined Hard Rock Digital as the Director - Retail Strategic Initiatives, Transformation & Delivery. Julie held this role until early 2022 when they transitioned to become the Director, Sportsbook Strategy & Delivery at the same company.

Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated a strong aptitude for strategic planning and project management. Julie has a breadth of experience in the retail and hospitality industries, with a specific focus on customer and growth strategies.

Julie Alvarado obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Western New England University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016.
