Karlisle Claudio has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karlisle started their career as a Manager at Noodles & Company in 2015, and then worked as a Shift Supervisor at Walgreens from 2016-2017.

In 2017, Karlisle joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Fraud Analyst, where they conducted research and prepared for potential litigation. Karlisle also participated in a job enrichment program focused on fraud prevention and auditing. Karlisle was selected as one of three candidates out of one hundred employees for a month-long internal training program.
