Manuel Zepeda

Manuel Zepeda is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun since January 2024, Zepeda has previously held key leadership roles including General Manager at Villas LaMar and Hotel Hacienda la Venta, among others. Zepeda's expertise includes the development and implementation of operational manuals, staff training programs, and budget management. Recognized for outstanding performance in evaluations during a tenure at Hoteles Misión, Zepeda has also successfully restructured tourism projects in Central America and achieved significant revenue growth across various hotel categories. Zepeda is currently pursuing a degree in tourism business administration at UTEL Universidad, extending academic qualifications in hospitality management.
