Diana Hu

Diana Hu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and data science. As a Group Partner and Visiting Partner at Y Combinator, Diana has a strong background in guiding startups. At Niantic, Inc., Diana serves as the Director of Engineering and Head of AR Platform, following the role of Co-founder and CTO at Escher Reality, which was acquired by Niantic. Previous positions include Data Science Lead at Verizon Labs, where OnCue TV was acquired, and Data Science Tech Lead at Intel Corporation, where Diana also held roles as a Research Analyst for the Chief of Product and Research Engineer at Intel Labs. Diana holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
