Alejandra Rangel

Alejandra Rangel has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Jefe de Entrenamiento y Desarrollo at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya since October 2018. In this role, Alejandra supports the management of training programs and internal events for both operational and administrative staff, addressing various challenges to foster employee growth. Prior to this, Alejandra worked as a Reportera and later as Gerente de Canal at Telecable del Estado de México S.A de C.V., where responsibilities included covering events and managing content production for live broadcasts. Alejandra also gained experience as Asistente de producción at ABC Radio, focusing on content editing and interview coordination. Educationally, Alejandra holds a degree in Ciencias de la comunicación from Universidad del Valle de México, completed in 2010.
