Frederic Mauriot is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in event management and banquet operations. Currently serving as the Banquet Manager at Boston Park Plaza since December 2015, Frederic oversees the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of over 100 associates while catering to large corporate events and high-volume upscale weddings. Previous roles include Event Manager at The Catered Affair, where Frederic planned high-profile events, and Sr. Banquet Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where responsibilities included developing service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. With a solid career foundation starting from the Hyatt Regency to various notable establishments, Frederic holds a Business Management Degree from Boulevard Scholt School.
