Mathieu Bergeron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, project coordination, and marketing within the tourism and brewing industries. As the Directeur général and co-founder of Microbrasserie Monsieur Malt since January 2018, Mathieu has focused on business development, production coordination, marketing, and partnership development. In addition, Mathieu holds a shareholder position at Hardbacon and previously served as Vice President of the Association québécoise Zéro Déchet, where project development and volunteer coordination were key responsibilities. Mathieu's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Microbrasserie L'appât du Grain, while previous roles span customer service and technical support in various organizations, including VIA Rail Canada and Air France. Educationally, Mathieu holds an Associate's Degree in sustainable tourism from Université Laval and certifications in tourism and travel management.
