Bikere offers strong research skills and the ability to use data to tell stories around complex topics. Her background is in public health, with additional exposure in immigration, food security, and maternal and child health. She has experience supporting multiples phases of a research project, including developing logic models, co-creating evaluation plans, implementing surveys, conducting interviews, coding and analyzing qualitative data, and sharing findings through the creation of infographics, white papers, and other deliverables.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, she supported research at the Catherine McAuley Center, University of Iowa College of Public Health, Iowa Public Health Association, and Native Center for Behavioral Health. She also possesses experience working as a Volunteer & Services Coordinator with a community food pantry. In addition to her research experiences, her time at the University of Iowa included supporting evaluation of Iowa’s 1st Five program. While not working, you can find Bikere discovering new podcasts, excitedly chatting about the intersection of faith and justice, or curling up with a good book in a new coffee shop.
