Laura Martinez Morales

Laura is a researcher who offers rich experience working with children, youth, and families. With broad knowledge of qualitative research methods , she is skilled at facilitating meetings, presentations, conducting interviews, ethnography, and fostering culturally responsive environments to gather stakeholder input, as well as gathering and analyzing qualitative data. Laura is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Laura was a researcher at California State University, San Marcos, and a facilitator at Fred Finch Youth & Family Services . She has also served as a tutor and mentor to high school and college students, with a particular focus on transition and orientation support for incoming or “at-risk” students. When she’s not working, Laura enjoys reading and is actively seeking for San Diego county’s best chai latte.
