Mohammed Hasibur Rahman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Mohammed Hasibur began their career in 2009 as a Process Associate at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business, where they worked until 2015.

Rahman then joined L V Prasad Eye Institute in 2016 and held multiple positions over the years. Mohammed Hasibur started as a Clinical Research Coordinator and eventually rose to the role of Supervisor in the Clinical Research Department. During their time at the institute, Rahman also served as a Coordinator for various committees, including the Ethics Committee and the Scientific Research Committee.

In 2022, Rahman transitioned to the role of Clinical Research In-charge at L V Prasad Eye Institute. Simultaneously, they took on additional responsibilities as the Senior Coordinator of the Ethics Committee, the Coordinator of the Causality Assessment Committee, and the Coordinator of the Scientific Research Committee.

In 2023, Rahman joined Strand Life Sciences as a Clinical Research Associate Scientist I. Their responsibilities in this role are ongoing.

Mohammed Hasibur Rahman began their education journey by attending Mahasinghpur High School from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued their Intermediate education at Salipur College in Salipur, Cuttack, from 2004 to 2006. Mohammed Hasibur then continued their studies at the same college and completed a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from 2006 to 2009.

In 2011, Rahman enrolled in Sikkim Manipal University through distance education and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operation Management. Mohammed Hasibur successfully completed this degree in 2013. Simultaneously, from 2012 to 2013, they attended Apheta Institute of Clinical Research and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR) with a specialization in Clinical Research.

Additionally, Rahman has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they received a certification in Good Clinical Practice from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). Two years later, in 2018, they obtained another certification in Good Clinical Practice from INC Research. Their most recent certification, obtained in December 2021, is the Project DPro Foundation certification from PM4NGOs.
