Cathy Swift

Cathy Swift serves as a Business Analyst at Harford County Public Library since September 2019. Previously, Cathy was an Executive Administrator at RS&F, LLC from August 2016 to November 2017, managing executive office operations and overseeing special projects. At Cristal from August 2012 to February 2016, Cathy held the role of Executive Office Administrator and Analyst, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and coordinating corporate events. Earlier experience includes working as a Training Coordinator and HR Assistant at Becton Dickinson and Co. from December 2007 to August 2012, where Cathy planned facility upgrades and negotiated event contracts. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Communications and Humanities from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
