Dawn Carter

Dawn Carter has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Underwriting Quality Analyst at Harford Mutual Insurance Company since March 1985. In this role, Dawn manages and develops underwriting staff, audits underwriting files, reviews and updates guidelines, and acts as a liaison between underwriting and claims departments. Responsibilities also include participating in reinsurance agreements, managing property fac placements, assisting legal counsel, addressing market conduct issues, contributing to product development, and supporting software application development with the IT department. Prior experience includes positions as an Office Assistant at Forest Hill Insurance Agency, Northern Association for Retarded Citizens, and Fred Sheckells Insurance Agency, alongside ongoing education at C. Milton Wright.
