James Fleming

James Fleming has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. James started their career as an Undergraduate Intern at BT in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Account Manager at Softcat plc. In 2013, they joined Lloyds Banking Group where they held multiple roles including Finance Administrator, PMO Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, and Lead Business Analyst. James'sresponsibilities at Lloyds included IT Change, Retail Change, IT Architecture, and IT Cyber Security & IAM. In 2021, they joined Hargreaves Lansdown as a Lead Business Analyst.

James Fleming obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology Management for Business from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, James has obtained several certifications including the Foundation Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2021, the International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2018, the APMP - The APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in 2015, and the ITIL Foundation certification from ITIL Certified in 2015.
