Jon Dear

Jon Dear has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Jon is currently the Head of Advisory Operations at Hargreaves Lansdown, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, Jon served as the Group Director of Operations at LEBC Group from January 2021 to April 2022. Jon also held various roles at other organizations, including the Personal Finance Society, AFH Wealth Management, Tavistock Investments Plc, The Personal Finance Society, Sesame Bankhall Group, AEGON, Insync Financial Planning Ltd, and West Bromwich Building Society. Their roles ranged from Chief Operating Officer to Director, focusing on areas such as marketing, business development, and financial services.
