Allison Mahbubani

Allison Mahbubani is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and community management. Currently serving as a Special Education (ARD) Facilitator at Harlandale ISD since July 2025, Allison is responsible for scheduling and managing ARD meetings. Previously, as a Community Association Manager at Associa, responsibilities included overseeing association operations and financial reporting. With prior roles as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at NEISD and Judson ISD, Allison effectively educated students with diverse needs while collaborating with parents to develop Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Early career experiences include administrative and customer service roles in the hospitality industry and university settings, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Trinity University.
