Lucy Elliott

Lucy Elliott is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Director at Harlequins since October 2021. Previously, Lucy held the position of Head of HR - International Functions at Twinings, focusing on NPD, Technology, Finance, and CSR, and also worked as Change Lead within the same company. Prior to Twinings, Lucy was Group Deputy HR Director at all3media and held various HR roles at ITV from 2011 to 2016, including Head of HR for Technology and Broadcast Operations and Corporate Services. Lucy’s career began at Jetix Europe Limited as HR Advisor. Educationally, Lucy earned a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University.
