Mai der Shaw

Mai Der Shaw has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since February 2019, with previous roles including Assistant General Counsel, Legal Director, and Senior Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Prior to Harley-Davidson, Mai Der Shaw worked as Legal Counsel and Director of Trade Compliance at S3 International, LLC from May 2015 to August 2018, and held a Senior Program Manager position in International Trade Compliance at United Technologies Building & Industrial Systems from October 2013 to November 2014. Additional experience includes positions at Foley & Lardner LLP, where responsibilities involved legal research and drafting for various practice groups. Mai Der Shaw also contributed as a Board Member at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center, enhancing environmental education outreach. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Wisconsin and a BS in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Asian American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
