Marcy Martinez

Marcy Martinez currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Communications at Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District since May 2023. Previously, Marcy held the position of Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at DHR Health from August 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Marcy worked at South Texas Health System as the System Manager of Strategic Relationships and Public Relations Coordinator from August 2017 to August 2020. Marcy's career in media began at KGBT-TV, where Marcy was the Main News Anchor from July 2001 to August 2017. Marcy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1996 to 2000.
