Pawankumar Mandale

Pawankumar Mandale has a strong background in research and development in the chemical industry. Pawankumar started their career as a Research and Development Chemist (Process) at Ketul Chem Pvt Ltd. in June 2017. After a year, they moved to Aarti Industries Ltd., where they served as a Research and Development Executive (Process) from July 2018 to October 2020. Following that, they joined GREAT PACIFIC EXPORTS PVT LTD. in October 2020 as a Research and Development Executive (Process) and worked there until February 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Sr. Research Associate at Harman Finochem Ltd. since February 2023.

Pawankumar Mandale completed their education in a chronological order. Pawankumar started their educational journey in 2009 by attending Shriram Junior College in Atpadi where they pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in the field of Science. After that, from 2011 to 2014, they enrolled at Shrimant Babasaheb Deshmukh Mahavidyalaya in Atpadi, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Chemistry. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Pawankumar attended Pune Zilha Shikshan Mandals Annasaheb Magar Mahavidyalaya Arts, Science & Commerce in Hadapsar, Pune 28. There, they pursued a Master's of Science degree specializing in Organic Chemistry.
