Joe Ayette has vast experience in operations and manufacturing, having held executive positions in various companies such as Harmar, Dover Corporation Vehicle Service Group, and Hillrom. Joe has a strong background in lean manufacturing, supply chain logistics, procurement, and quality management. Joe also has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Management from Miami University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
