Natcha Niljaeng

Natcha Niljaeng's work experience includes a role as Director, People & Environment at Harmless Harvest since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People Operations at Grab for four years from March 2018 to March 2022. Natcha has also served as a Human Resources Director at Amcor from 2016 to 2018 and as the Vice President of Human Resources Development at Ananda Development Public Company Limited in 2015. Earlier in their career, they held various senior human resources management positions at RB, Bosch Thailand, and Summit Auto Group. Natcha started their career as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Watson Wyatt Consulting Ltd in 2005 and worked as the Human Resources Department Manager at Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. from 1997 to 2005.

Natcha Niljaeng's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Thammasat University to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Natcha completed their studies at Thammasat University in 2007.

In 2008, Natcha continued their education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Change and Development. Their studies at The University of Manchester concluded in 2009.

Natcha went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource and Organization Development at the National Institute of Development Administration. Natcha began their doctoral studies in 2011 and successfully completed them in 2018.

Therefore, Natcha Niljaeng has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Thammasat University, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change and Development from The University of Manchester, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration.
