Natcha Niljaeng's work experience includes a role as Director, People & Environment at Harmless Harvest since April 2022. In 2008, Natcha continued their education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Change and Development. Their studies at The University of Manchester concluded in 2009.

Natcha went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource and Organization Development at the National Institute of Development Administration. Natcha began their doctoral studies in 2011 and successfully completed them in 2018.

Therefore, Natcha Niljaeng has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Thammasat University, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change and Development from The University of Manchester, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration.
