Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes has extensive experience in sales and marketing operations, currently serving as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at Harmony Biosciences since May 2019, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Sales and Marketing Operations. Prior to Harmony Biosciences, Mike held the position of Associate Director of Sales Operations at Eisai from June 2011 to May 2019. Additional experience includes roles at Daiichi Sankyo, sanofi-aventis, AT&T, and Sony Electronics, specializing in sales incentives and operations. Mike holds a BA in Communications and an MA in Public Relations from Rowan University.
