Teresa Wood

Teresa Wood is an accomplished senior clinical manager with extensive experience in pediatric and complex care. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Manager at Harmony Healthcare since August 2022, Teresa supports staff growth, development, and training while providing care for individuals with complex needs in the community. Previous roles include Nurse Manager at EnViva Complex Care from May 2020 to August 2022, where Teresa managed care packages for clients with complex healthcare needs, and Community Paediatric Matron at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust from May 2000 to April 2020. In this latter role, Teresa led a team focused on delivering high-quality family-centered care to children with various complex health conditions. Teresa holds a degree in non-medical prescribing from the University of Northampton and a registered children's nurse qualification from Foresterhill College.
